NorthPoint Apartments offers approved housing options for BYU-I students, available to both men and women. Several apartment options are available. With both 6- and 8-resident apartments and housing on the lower or upper floors, NorthPoint has multiple options to meet student preferences.

Selecting Your BYU-I Student Housing
Look Ahead
Be ready to apply for a NorthPoint apartment based on your planned future semesters in Rexburg. Our website will show which semesters are open for housing applications and give information on open apartments.
Preferences
Think about your housing preferences. While each apartment has amenities to enhance your BYU-I student housing experience, what do you prefer?
For example, do you like the lower floor or the upper floors? Do you want a corner apartment? How about the number of residents in an apartment?
First-floor apartments have French doors that open to the outside. Corner apartments have more square footage and two more living room windows than other apartments. The 6-resident apartments have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 8-resident apartments have four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The process for securing housing differs for new residents and current tenants, so make sure to go about the application process appropriately.
NorthPoint Benefits
There is a lot to like about NorthPoint. Apartments have Optix Internet access, two refrigerators, washers and dryers, and storage space. All utilities are included in the price, and garbage pickup is provided for each apartment.
This BYU-I student housing complex offers game and music rooms as well as exercise facilities. NorthPoint is also close to the BYU-Idaho campus and businesses.
