At NorthPoint, our goal is to create a comfortable, convenient, and uplifting environment where you can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. Our apartments are designed with college students in mind, and our staff works hard to facilitate a fun experience for our BYU-I students.
Women’s apartment amenities
Each apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, so you won’t have to worry about hauling clothes to a shared facility. You’ll also enjoy a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators so you and your roommates have plenty of space.
With multiple sinks and bathrooms, everyone can get ready without the morning rush. Our spacious living rooms give you plenty of room to study, unwind, or hang out with friends.
Our apartments include free Optix internet, trash pickup, and all other utilities for your convenience. We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance and on-site managers so you can access us when you need us most.
Community amenities
Outside your apartment, you’ll find even more to enjoy. We host regular resident events for you to attend, or you can explore the complex solo.
Get moving in of of the two fitness centers, or take advantage of the two mini girls' gyms for a more private workout. If you’re into yoga or dance, we also have a beautiful yoga and ballet studio available on-site.
Play a game of ping pong, air hockey, foosball, or pool in the game room, or wind down with a movie in of the two theater rooms. If you’re musically inclined, you’ll love the piano-equipped music room, and when it’s time to focus, check out our quiet study or lounge areas. They’re the perfect place to get work done.
NorthPoint also features beautifully maintained outdoor amenities, including a courtyard with an eight-foot mega-screen TV, three hot tubs, several grills, and a fire pit area—perfect for socializing with friends and enjoying the warmer Rexburg days. When the weather is bad, our covered parking garage keeps you and your vehicle safe from the elements.

BYU-I Student Living Requirements
BYU-Idaho requires all single students under the age of 27 to live in approved housing, unless they are residing with their parents. This policy ensures that students live in environments conducive to the university's values and standards.
Students are expected to adhere to the BYU-I Honor Code, which includes:
- Living a chaste and virtuous life.
- Abstaining from alcohol, tobacco, tea, coffee, and substance abuse.
- Respecting others and maintaining integrity in all aspects of life.
In terms of housing conduct:
- Visitors of the opposite sex are permitted in apartments between 10 a.m. and curfew, provided at least three people are present (two of one gender and one of the other).
- Visitors of the opposite sex must remain in the living room and/or kitchen areas and are not permitted in bedrooms or bathrooms.
- Overnight stays by members of the opposite sex are prohibited.
